The Randolph County Health Dept. will be offering a Pfizer vaccine clinic on Monday May 17th, at the health department. This clinic will be for 12-17 year olds. They are doing this from 9a-5p. and only have 60 doses. Later today people will be able to register on ourshot.in.gov.

Tonight at the school board meeting Maysa Corya was recognized for winning the Horatio Alger National Scholarship along with several FCCLA members for their recent outstanding success at their convention.

The Boys Track team hosted Northeastern and Union in a triangle meet last night. Team scores were Winchester 70, Northeastern 77, and Union 5. First place finishers for the Falcons were Jamison Beashers (110 Hurdles), Maddox Rose (400), Jorge Vasquez (Long Jump), and Dylan Sanders (Shot Put and Disc). The boys will be back in action on Thursday as they travel to Monroe Central for the 2021 Randolph County Meet. Meet time is set for 5:00.

Students in the Early College Pilot group had a lesson today about ACEs and social emotional learning. A great topic to help students learn more about themselves.

FCCLA State Leadership Conference 2021
FCCLA members were awarded seven gold and two bronze, and three national qualifiers. Ultimate Leader Award went to Michael Neville. Congratulations to all those participating in the FCCLA State Conference!

The Lady Falcons lost in extra innings to Wapahani Raiders Tuesday night. The Lady Falcons were led in hitting by Brooklyn Hummel and Gena Moore, each with 2 hits. Nevaeh Lanter, Taylor Campbell, and Averi Ludwick each added a hit. Hummel hit a game tying home run in the bottom of the 7th inning to cause the extra inning game. But the Falcons gave up 4 runs in the top of the 8th to lose 10-6.
